Visit us at Corso Garibaldi 58, 18038 Sanremo, Italy — a short walk from the Russian Orthodox Church and the flower market square. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.
We recommend booking an appointment so a senior designer is available to review your site photographs and discuss budget expectations without rushing. Walk-in enquiries are welcome on Thursday afternoons.

Request a Site Visit
On-site consultations are the foundation of accurate terrace design. A designer visits your property, takes measurements, assesses structural conditions, and discusses your lifestyle requirements on the spot. You receive a written summary within five working days.
The site visit fee is €380 for properties within Sanremo municipality, or €480 for locations along the coast to Ventimiglia and Imperia. This fee is credited toward any design package signed within thirty days of the visit.
International Clients
Many of our clients own holiday homes in Liguria and coordinate projects from abroad. We provide video walkthroughs during construction, weekly photo reports, and bilingual documentation in English and Italian for your records and insurance purposes.
Time-zone-friendly calls can be arranged on request. We accept bank transfer in EUR and provide proforma invoices suitable for overseas remittance.
